As a Senior Corporate Revenue Accountant, you are responsible for recording client receivable activity to the appropriate accounting system of record. Using office automated systems to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects, and respond to inquiries.

• You take a positive, customer-centric approach with everyone you work with.
• You ensure that client billings and payments for assigned properties are processed timely and accurately in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• You communicate and collaborate effectively with all partners.
• Record chargebacks via CSV files and distribute invoices to properties for reimbursement
• Verify and record monthly maintenance fees
• Reconcile chargeback items
• Perform month end closing process
• Follow up on outstanding charge back items
• Verify and record monthly management fees
• Strong Excel experience with pivot tables and v-look up

• →Post-secondary education in accounting or business.
• →Minimum of 2 - 3 years of progressive accounts receivable or accounting experience.
• →Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
• →Experience with Excel, Word and other accounting software (YARDI preferred).
• →Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• →Experience with high volume accounts receivable departments.

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $75,000 - $80,000

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
