Forklift Operator

• →Operate forklifts safely to transport, load, unload, and stage scrap materials
• →Move materials to designated scrap, recycling, or disposal areas
• →Inspect materials for damage or irregularities and report issues promptly
• →Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
• →Maintain accurate logs of material movement and inventory
• →Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• →Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• →Support production and assist with additional tasks as needed

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Experience in manufacturing, scrap, or recycling environments preferred
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
