What We Offer

✓Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 transition bonus for a limited time.
✓Mileage & Activity Pay: $0.445 to $0.55 CPM, plus $56 drop/hook, $77 live load, $40 hazmat, and bridge/congestion bonuses ($50 for GW Bridge to upstate NY/CT/MA/RI; $75 for NYC boroughs).
✓Training & Detention: $22–$25/hr for delays, plus $200/day during ramp orientation.
✓Paid Time Off: 18 paid days off initially (12 PTO days + 6 holidays at $22/hr), scaling with tenure (Christmas off; Thanksgiving/New Year's may require work).
✓Insurance & Retirement: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, mental health, and disability benefits after 30 days, plus a 401(k) with company match.
- Work Roster: Choose Friday–Tuesday or Thursday–Monday.
- Dispatch Windows: Start times between 14:00 and 20:00 (finalized on welcome call).
- Shift Length & Home Time: 12-hour shifts with guaranteed daily home time. Working days off is optional.
Requirements

- Pass a standard DOT drug and alcohol screening.
- Obtain a HAZMAT endorsement within 60 days of starting.
- Willingness to operate across all assigned zones (including NYC boroughs and regional states) without refusing dispatches.
- Slip-seat environment; trucks parked at the yard during time off (no riders; unloads occur in less than 1% of runs).
