Grace Health is seeking a skilled and dynamic Manager of Clinical Services to oversee and guide the daily operations of our clinical teams. This leadership role is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and supporting the success of our clinical programs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

→Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and systems.
→Knowledge of EHR and other systems and processes.
→Strong computer skills and knowledge.
→Knowledge of the principles of finance and budgeting to develop and manage a budget.
→Skill in planning, organizing, prioritizing, delegating and supervising.
→Knowledge of the principles and practices of employee development to train, motivate and mentor.
→Skill in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making.
→Skill in identifying and resolving problems.
→Ability to anticipate and react calmly in emergency situations.
→Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, staff, administration and the public.
→Skill in developing and maintaining department quality improvement.
→Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills.

Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.

Experience: Minimum four years of professional nursing preferred or equivalent experience in health care. One year of management experience , including supervision preferred.

Certificate/License: Current RN license in the State of Michigan preferred. Current BCLS certification.
