Production Supervisor

Arclin is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Coit, Cleveland, OH plant. This position is responsible for leading all production, safety, environmental, quality, and compliance activities during a 12-hour shift to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. The Production Supervisor provides direct leadership to production operators, coordinates closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Operations teams, and ensures adherence to all company policies, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.

The Production Supervisor is accountable for achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, promoting equipment reliability, and ensuring safe execution of daily operations. This role oversees shift staffing, operator performance, process monitoring, equipment start-ups and shutdowns, production changeovers, shift communications, and operational troubleshooting. The supervisor plays a critical role in fostering a strong safety culture, driving operational discipline, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and developing a high-performing workforce.

Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, sound decision-making under pressure, and the ability to effectively manage plant operations while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. The Production Supervisor will be expected to lead by example, promote employee engagement and accountability, and ensure effective communication and documentation across shifts to support safe and efficient plant performance.
