Strategic Pricing Analyst (Experienced or Senior)

Boeing’s Global Services (BGS) organization is seeking a Strategic Pricing Analyst, at either Experienced or Senior level, to join the Commercial Spares Pricing and Performance team in Hialeah, Florida.

As a Pricing Analyst, you will develop impactful analysis in support of aircraft operators around the globe. Your role will include developing competitive, market-based pricing and customer tailored strategies across the highly competitive transactional business and will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to the growth of BGS.

Responsibilities

→Analyze large, complex data sets and development of commercial insights with business recommendations
→Identify data requirements, collect, analyze and interpret data to support pricing initiatives
→Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver competitive, market-based pricing analysis that frames market trends and competitive insights
→Implement process enhancements to improve communication with commercial customers and pricing accuracy
→Develop and maintain partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are being met and team priorities accomplished
→Up to 10% domestic travel

Technical Skills: Experience in querying databases and turning data into actionable business recommendations; great at gathering information and spotting process improvements
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and research skills with a collaborative spirit; ready to help shape the direction of Boeing's services portfolio
Work Ethic: Detail-oriented and organized, whether working independently or as part of a team; dedicated to meeting deadlines while delivering high-quality results

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience with large Database Management Systems (DBMS) requiring proficiency in SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, triggers) and database design
1+ years of experience with organizational and team building skills performed in a cross-functional environment
Experience creating and analyzing data to identify data trends and communicate a story to depict findings
10% domestic travel

5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience using SAP
Experience with Python or Tableau
Experience or training in Business Development, Finance, and/or Pricing
Detail-oriented, organized, strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting deadlines

Summary Pay Range (Experienced Level): $100,300 - $135,700

Summary Pay Range (Senior Level): $129,200 - $174,800
