The Senior Lead Engineer is a senior technical leadership role responsible for defining enterprise technology strategy, architecture standards, and engineering best practices across cloud, infrastructure, security, and AI platforms. Acting as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME), this role leads the design and evolution of scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that enable business growth and accelerate digital transformation.

Responsibilities

→Architect and govern large-scale cloud environments on AWS.
→Drive infrastructure automation using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
→Establish and promote engineering best practices across:

→DevOps
→DevSecOps
→Platform Engineering
→Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
→Cloud Security

→Provide strategic leadership for:

→Cloud-native architectures
→CI/CD platforms
→Kubernetes ecosystems
→Observability and monitoring
→Reliability engineering
→Operational excellence

→Champion the adoption of emerging technologies, including:

→Artificial Intelligence (AI)
→Generative AI
→Agentic AI
→MLOps
→AIOps
→Intelligent automation
→AI-assisted software development

→Integrate AI and automation capabilities into the Application Development Lifecycle (ADLC/SDLC) to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation.
→Partner with executives, architects, engineering teams, security organizations, and business stakeholders to:

→Define technology roadmaps
→Establish governance frameworks
→Drive modernization strategies
→Align technology investments with business objectives

Requirements

8-12 years of experience in a similar role or related technical leadership positions.
Advanced or fluent English, with strong ability to collaborate and communicate with global teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
