Pay: $37.80 to $54.75 per hour.

The Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN) serves as the acting leader in the absence of the Director or Manager and is accountable for staffing coordination, patient care oversight, staff supervision, performance improvement initiatives, and departmental operations during the assigned shift. Direct patient care may be provided as needed within scope of practice.

• →Provide clinical and operational oversight for the Oncology department
• →Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
• →Ensure quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and patient safety standards
• →Coordinate staffing, workflow, and department operations
• →Assist with orientation, training, and staff development
• →Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams
• →Support performance improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• →Perform direct patient care as needed

Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $37.80 to $54.75 per hour.
