Responsibilities

→Welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude.
→Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists using the restaurant's reservation system.
→Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
→Maintain accurate wait times and communicate delays to guests.
→Coordinate seating arrangements with servers and managers to ensure efficient table rotation.
→Answer telephone calls and assist with guest inquiries regarding hours, reservations, and restaurant information.
→Assist with special requests and guest accommodations whenever possible.
→Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, entrance, and waiting areas.
→Support restaurant operations by assisting with menu presentation, guest flow, and general hospitality needs.
→Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return.
→Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and service standards.

Requirements
