Job Summary

Branch Banking Market Leader provides comprehensive leadership to a designated market of branch locations to transform how we deliver financial success to both individuals and businesses. Responsible for building high performing, diverse teams, while coaching the team on how best to deliver an educational experience to truly empower the client. Foster working relationships with entire staff by teaching, empowering, mentoring and holding teams accountable to delivering not only the results, but more importantly the behaviors that define our company culture. Responsible for the expansion of existing business relationships, the development of new business and CRA activities. Position is responsible for being a role model for Flagstar Bank’s client-centric culture, while embracing diversity and maintaining ethics and integrity.

$96,581.25 - $166,852.00
