IVX Health is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to oversee our infusion centers in the Westchester County market - specifically in Yonkers. The Practice Manager will lead both clinical and administrative teams across multiple sites, driving operational excellence and ensuring a consistently exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

3+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare, outpatient, or multi-site operational setting
Proven success managing both clinical and administrative teams
Experience in healthcare front desk operations, patient access, or revenue cycle preferred
Strong financial and operational acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, productivity, and performance metrics
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams
Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to troubleshoot, resolve conflicts, and implement improvements
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to lead with empathy and decisiveness
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field preferred
