Financial Analyst - Shelby Township Area

• →Develop dashboards and reports to track key manufacturing metrics.
• →Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis for plant leadership.
• →Build and maintain cost models for products and production lines.
• →Track standard costs and investigate cost variances.
• →Support the annual budget and quarterly forecast process.
• →Analyze capital project requests and track spending against approved budgets.
• →Reconcile inventory balances and review cycle count results.
• →Prepare journal entries and support month end close activities.

• Ability to communicate financial results to non financial plant staff.
• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Two or more years of financial analysis experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Experience with standard costing and variance analysis.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

• Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement programs.
• Advanced skills in SQL or data modeling.
• Experience supporting multiple plant sites.
• CPA or CMA certification.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
