Robot Safety Operator - Anaheim

  Monitor and control robotic systems to ensure adherence to safety protocols

  Intervene in real time when unsafe behavior or unexpected events occur (e.g., activate emergency stop or perform recovery)

• →

  Conduct pre-task safety inspections and maintain secure testing environments

• →

  Record safety events and performance data to support continuous improvement

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

• Strong situational awareness and attention to detail

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods

• Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently with minimal supervision

• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude

• Experience with robotic systems, automation, or lab safety operations

• Familiarity with industrial or collaborative robot safety standards (e.g., ISO 10218, RIA, ISO/TS 15066)

• Experience with safety equipment such as interlocks, E-stops, or sensors

• Basic familiarity with computer software interfaces and tools (e.g., command line, bash, Linux OS)
