Hi! We're Thinkingbox, the brief-to-build agency. Creating innovative digital, experiential, social, and content, we partner with leading brands across industries like sports, gaming, entertainment, and technology. We believe the hands that carefully craft the work should belong to the minds that dreamed it. Culture is at the heart of who we are, and our offices are hubs of natural collaboration, from office dogs to team gatherings that keep our work environment vibrant, welcoming, and fun.

With teams across North America and Latin America, we thrive on collaboration, creativity, and bringing great people together to do great work. As we grow our presence in Chile, we're looking for a Director of Talent to help support and develop our local team while working closely with our broader North American Talent and leadership teams.

We're looking for a strategic, people-focused, and hands-on Director of Talent to lead resource management and HR initiatives for our Chile operations.

This is a dynamic role that combines workforce planning, people operations, and talent strategy. You'll be responsible for ensuring our teams are effectively resourced, supporting employees throughout their journey at Thinkingbox, and fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

You'll work closely with local leadership and our North American Talent team to align people practices, processes, and resource strategies across the business.

We're looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and can balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution.

  • Coordinate HR administration, benefits and payroll-related processes with the Group Director of People, Finance and external providers.

  • Global Collaboration & Talent Strategy

  • Serve as the key link between Chile leadership and the North American Talent team, aligning HR practices and people initiatives.

  • Share local market insights and compensation benchmarks to inform business decisions.

  • Build scalable people processes as the Chile operation grows.

  • Promote a consistent employee experience across locations while respecting local culture and legislation.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, written and verbal, to work with our North American teams

  • Legal authorization to work in Chile

  • 5+ years of progressive experience across resource management, human resources, people operations, or workforce planning, including leadership experience.

  • Experience working in an advertising agency, creative studio, production company, technology company, or similarly fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of the Chilean employment landscape and local labour laws.

  • Demonstrated experience managing resource allocation, capacity planning, and freelance workforce coordination.

  • Solid background in HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

  • Experience collaborating with international teams, ideally across North America.

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to balance business priorities with employee needs and organizational culture.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs.

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work both strategically and hands-on.

  • Location: Presidente Riesco 5335, Of. 2101, Las Condes, Región Metropolitana, Chile

  • On-site: Monday to Friday at our Santiago office

  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

  • Contract: Permanent

  • Competitive salary, plus gratificación legal

  • 15 working days of paid vacation per year

  • A benefits package including health coverage, with full details shared at the offer stage

  • Learning opportunities and access to industry events

  • Team events and seasonal celebrations
