Machine Operator- Plastics

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely around industrial machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify product defects.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to train on first shift before moving to the assigned schedule.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is an advantage but not required.
• Must be able to pass a national background check

• Training provided on first shift for approximately two weeks.
• Opportunities available on first, second, and third shifts.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required depending on production demands.
• Hands-on training will help prepare new employees for their assigned responsibilities.
