As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional service for our customers by:

• →Scheduling and dispatching HVAC and Plumbing Service Technicians efficiently
• →Reviewing and optimizing technician routes to maximize productivity
• →Handling incoming calls from existing customers and delivering outstanding customer service
• →Accurately entering and maintaining service ticket information
• →Creating dispatch numbers for parts orders and tracking order status
• →Following up on parts orders and coordinating installation appointments
• →Communicating effectively with technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 2 years of office or customer service experience (dispatching experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional and customer-focused demeanor
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to proactively plan and schedule work rather than simply react to issues
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
• The ability to learn scheduling, dispatch, and customer management software
