Digital Communications Automation Specialist

Position Purpose: Responsible for developing digital content thru Sales Force Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar communications platform within the member engagement and communications team. Project manage the cross functional communication calendar to ensure deployment of all communication.

Key Details: Eexperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar platform (e.g., Adobe), HTML and SQL skills (AMPscript preferred) for email and SMS builds, and knowledge of data validation, opt-outs, and regulated communications. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, project management, and communication skills are also essential.

• Develop digital content by writing engaging content for email, text, and other needed digital communication.
• Create graphic design in a communication platform by determining the layout, imagery and icons to build engaging communication.
• Develop Web Content and functionality for CTAs to ensure communication is connecting to the correct location and driving traffic to needed detail.
• Analyze all metrics to understand the effectiveness of communication. Test and learn to ensure we are being impactful in our space.
• Measure communication performance by developing and analyzing reports to show the impact of communications to leadership and providing recommendations for areas of improvements.
• Manage technical issues with the platform, build automated journeys.
• Perform communication tests to build a variety of paths for engagement to determine the most impactful path.
• Project manage the cross functional communication calendar ensuring orchestration with communication and managing tactic deployments to reduce overlap while ensuring are met.

Highly Preferred Experience & Skills

• 4+ years with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar platform (e.g., Adobe).
• HTML and SQL skills (AMPscript preferred) for email and SMS builds.
• Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, MobileConnect, or campaign reporting.
• Knowledge of data validation, opt-outs, and regulated communications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• 90% Remote and 10%Travel for in office meetings/trainings.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. 4+ years of Sales Force Marketing Cloud or similar automation system experience required. Knowledge of HTML and modern programming language. Need to be knowledgeable within the computer science along with being an expert at communication best practice and creativity.

License/Certification: Salesforce Marketing Certificate would be preferred but is not required

Pay Range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year
