Guest Experience Coordinator

Description

Join the team at Le Méridien Charlotte & Sheraton Charlotte! We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented Guest Experience Coordinator who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. In this role, you'll help make every guest feel welcomed and valued through personalized service, special arrangements, and exceptional hospitality while working closely with our Front Office team and other hotel departments.

• →Welcome and engage with guests, including Marriott Bonvoy Elite members and VIPs.
• →Coordinate special requests, celebrations, amenities, and personalized guest experiences.
• →Assist with resolving guest concerns and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• →Communicate with hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• →Support guest engagement activities, special events, and group arrivals.
• →Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve the guest experience.
• →Assist with Front Desk operations, including check-ins and checkouts, as needed.

Requirements

• →Previous hospitality, guest relations, or customer service experience preferred.
• →Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• →Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
• →Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• →Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• →Comfortable working with computers and learning hotel systems.
• →Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
