  • Manage competing priorities and dependencies across multiple initiatives, identifying potential conflicts and facilitating decisions with the appropriate business owners.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, planning sessions, delivery reviews, and cross-functional discussions to maintain alignment and resolve obstacles.
  • Monitor delivery progress, identify risks and issues, coordinate corrective actions, and escalate decisions requiring business owner or leadership involvement.
  • Work with business owners to establish measurable outcomes, track delivery performance, and evaluate whether implemented solutions meet business expectations.
  • Coordinate business requirements, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation readiness, stakeholder communications, training coordination, and operational transitions.
  • Provide clear, concise updates to business owners and senior leadership regarding progress, risks, dependencies, resource needs, and decisions required.
  • Support business process improvements, organizational change management, stakeholder readiness, and adoption of new technology-enabled capabilities.
  • Ensure initiatives follow established governance practices, delivery standards, and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of seven (8) years of experience in product management, business technology project management, or related enterprise delivery roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing execution across a diverse portfolio of concurrent business technology initiatives involving different business functions, stakeholders, systems, and delivery teams.
  • Direct experience working within a Product Management Model, including supporting product strategy execution, roadmap planning, backlog management, prioritization, and continuous delivery of business value.
  • Practical experience working within SAFe environments, including PI Planning, Agile delivery coordination, cross-team dependency management, and collaboration with Product Owners and Agile teams.
  • Experience working directly with business owners, department leaders, and senior stakeholders to understand objectives, clarify requirements, manage expectations, and facilitate business decisions.
