- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives and technical standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing data pipelines and workflows to support large-scale data processing.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing frameworks to optimize data storage and computation.
- Ability to work with various data formats and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting of data systems to maintain high availability and efficiency.
- Knowledge of programming languages commonly used in data engineering such as Python, Java, or Scala.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
