→Experience with pre- and post-repair vehicle scanning and OEM diagnostic tools.
→Relevant industry certifications, including ASE, I-CAR, MECP, ALLDATA or equivalent technical credentials.
→Experience or education in collision repair or automotive technology.
→Previous experience providing technical guidance, training, or peer support in an automotive service environment.
→Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
