Responsibilities

→5 years industry experience, or equivalent combination of education is an asset
→5 years’ experience managing managers in a fast-paced environment required
→Strong Business acumen
→Ability managing and leading assigned projects and employees
→Ability to manage administrative duties along with field work
→Excellent organizational and time management
→Proficiency in written and verbal communication
→Excellence in clear and concise feedback, performance management and coaching
→Attention to detail and analytical skills
→Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint/ Documents, Sheets, Gmail, and Slides) at an intermediate level
→Valid driver’s License
→Valid Pest Control License or willing to obtain
→High school diploma; university degree preferred
→Licenses/certificates as required by federal and provincial regulations
→Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
→ Ability to work at heights and lift in excess of fifty pounds
