• →Strategic development and deployment of lifestyle products to enhance client experience.
• → Maintain an engagement process flow that promotes client loyalty.
• → Ensure brand representation and standards that meet tier-client expectations and corporate goals.
• → Custodian of the private client database.
• → Custodian of strategic partnerships and collaborations that meet growing business objectives and goals, creating glitch-free onboarding and client-request processing.
• → Oversee the Group’s marketing budget, ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals.
• → Custodian of the Group’s lifestyle-management products and services and ensure all requests are completed in line with the service guide.
• → Custodian of the Group’s budget, with Group Head approval for expenditures.
• → Design and oversee all lifestyle-management process flows.
• → Deploy business-development strategies that align with client-acquisition goals.

Mandatory

• First degree in any Business-related discipline
• Relevant professional certification
• Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in banking
