Warehouse Supervisor

• →Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
• →Plan, organize, and manage the work of warehouse associates to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
• →Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees to improve performance and maintain high morale
• →Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation and accuracy through cycle counts and audits
• →Implement and enforce safety procedures and compliance with OSHA and company standards
• →Operate or oversee the use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners
• →Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, and production teams to optimize warehouse operations
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• →Track performance metrics (KPIs) related to productivity, accuracy, and efficiency
• →Identify process improvements to reduce costs and improve workflow

• Ability to read, interpret, and decipher general written instructions from documents such as work orders, parts orders, safety regulations, operating procedures, or other job specific written documents
• Ability to speak and communicate effectively with fellow employees
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Prior leadership experience
