As a Security Guard Armed Patrol Driver in West Palm Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at an educational location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. • →Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established campus protocols.
• →Conduct regular and random armed patrols of academic buildings, parking areas, walkways, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• →Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazardous conditions, and maintenance concerns through established reporting channels.
• →Maintain required documentation, including incident reports, daily activity logs, and patrol observations, while complying with applicable armed post requirements and Allied Universal policies.

• Possess a Certified Protection Officer certification.
• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
