Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join our St. Lawrence Region team. Care for a diverse patient population, build lasting relationships, and help shape regional GI services while enjoying the natural beauty and welcoming communities of Northern New York.

• Primarily outpatient practice with inpatient consult responsibilities
• Average clinic volume of approximately 18–22 patients per day
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of gastrointestinal conditions
• Perform endoscopic and other GI procedures
• Collaborate with primary care providers, surgeons, hospitalists, and specialty teams
• Help expand and shape GI services across the region
• Practice at Canton-Potsdam Hospital and the Leroy Outpatient Center in Potsdam
• Epic electronic medical record

• At least one dedicated procedure day per week
• Procedures performed at the Leroy Outpatient Center and Canton-Potsdam Hospital
• Operating room access for higher-acuity patients and advanced GI procedures
• Shared 1:4 call schedule, including inpatient consults and procedural responsibilities

• Board certified or board eligible in Gastroenterology
• Board eligibility required within five years of residency completion
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Interest in building lasting relationships with patients and the community

The posted pay range is a good faith representation of potential base pay for this position. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates could vary based on position details and FTE. Pay is determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, locations, and contracts.
