SUMMARY

As a Physician Assistant in Internal Medicine, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting. You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team to manage acute and chronic conditions, promote preventive care and build lasting relationships with your patients.

STATUS: Full Time

LOCATION: Linden Oaks

DEPARTMENT: Primary Care - Internal Medicine

SCHEDULE: Days; Monday - Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Care. Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients, including the evaluation, diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions.
Treatment & Prevention. Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic testing, and provide preventive care and patient education.
Care Coordination. Collaborate with physicians, APPs and other members of the healthcare team to coordinate care and specialty referrals as needed.
Documentation. Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patient visits, diagnoses and treatment plans.
