Director of Human Resources

A luxury hotel preparing to open in Diriyah is seeking a Director of Human Resources. Reporting to the General Manager and serving on the Executive Committee, the director will help department heads decide whom to hire, how to develop their teams and what employees can expect from the hotel as a workplace.

• →Lead recruitment and workforce planning for the hotel opening.
• →Work with department heads to identify future leaders and prepare them for larger roles.
• →Oversee employee relations, compensation, performance management and engagement.
• →Advise the General Manager and regional HR team on staffing, retention and leadership development.

• Experience leading HR in a luxury hotel, resort or complex hospitality operation.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and succession planning.
• A track record of developing leaders and guiding teams through change.
