Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time - Clinical Coordinator - Med Surg

• →Evaluates clinical performance based on organizational priorities, identifies opportunities for process improvement and takes action to integrate best-practices and improve quality of care.
• →Evaluates service practices, identifies opportunities to improve patient experience and takes appropriate actions that result in increased satisfaction.
• →Facilitates a collaborative work environment; takes action to build and develop a motivated team capable of meeting performance goals through on-boarding, orientation, initial qualification and ongoing staff development.
• →Assists with strategic planning, collaborates on goal setting and action planning, executes and adjusts plans to meet or exceed goals, drives day-to-day integration of goals into operation.
• →Monitors department productivity and efficiency, identifies areas of improvement, and recommends/implements actions plans.
• →Collaborates with the health system, EMS agencies, and the community to identify opportunities for improving access to care, reputation, and relationships to increase average daily volume.

• Bachelors Degree, Nursing (Preferred)

• 2 years Staff Nurse experience (Required)
• Charge Nurse experience (Preferred)

• Registered Nurse (RN) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) (Required)
• CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) (Required)
