PRN Float Pool Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Gloucester

• →Medications and treatments are administered accurately and according to provider's orders.
• →Allows resident choices within limits of capability considering safety /dignity issues and follows policies and procedures of facility to include resident privacy and dignity.
• →Assigns duties to non-professional staff such as CNAs according to education, training, policy and resident need in order to assure quality resident care is delivered. Engages team members for optimal performance and addresses performance as needed.
• →Contributes to the development, maintenance, or modifications to the individual service plans. Identifies changes in condition with proper documentation according to nursing practice standards. Demonstrates consistent follow through for positive resident outcomes. Utilizes good judgment and specialized skills

• Less than 1 year 6 Months LPN Nursing Experience in a Long-Term Care/Senior Living Facility (Required)
• 1 year LPN Nursing Experience (Preferred)

• Weekend Shifts
• Irregular Shifts
• Work/Float in more than one work location
