Environmental Services Supervisor Hospital

• →Interviews, selects and onboards team members. Provides training in accordance with RHS policies and aligns with regulatory environment of care standards. Provides training during onboarding, annual recertification, and on an as needed basis.
• →Assists in maintaining a safe patient care environment by consistently complying with RHS, DNV, State and regulatory standards to ensure the safety of patients, visitors and staff.
• →Conducts inspections in area of responsibility daily ensuring quality/infection control measures are met consistently with appropriate documentation forwarded to department Manager.
• →Demonstrates and ensure team understands and responds effectively to suggestions and concerns from patients/visitors, personnel, medical staff and leadership.
• →Demonstrates the ability to organize the work of self and direct reports.
• →Works with employees assigned, to ensure that all employees demonstrate an acceptable level of competence which will result in a high level of quality work performance.

• High School Diploma or GED, (Required)

• 1 year Supervisory experience in Housekeeping (Preferred)

• 1 year Healthcare Experience or Hospitality Housekeeping Experience (Required)

• AHA Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP) (Preferred)
