Program Coordinator - BHN

Foundationally, the Program Coordinator assumes all of the same clinical responsibilities as does a Primary Therapist, and engages in the clinical work of the program for a percentage of time, determined by Behavioral Health administration. Essentially, the Program Coordinator provides operational and clinical leadership to program staff contributing directly and indirectly to patient care. Provide superior customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

•Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required in Health Science, Psychology, Social Work or the alike in a Human Service field. Masters preferred.
•Demonstrated project and people management ability.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•One year supervisory experience preferred.
•Two years administrative/coordinator program experience.
•Two years experience providing mental health care.

Required Licensure/Certification Skills:

For mental health: LCAT, LMFT, PhD, or Licensed Psychologist (i.e. LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LCAT, LMFT, PhD, Licensed Psychologist required or credentialed in CASAC, CRC, CTRS. (Case Management Services excluded)

The posted pay range is a good faith representation of potential base pay for this position. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates could vary based on position details and FTE. Pay is determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, locations, and contracts.
