Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is hiring an experienced Senior Inpatient Case Manager RN to focus on complex cases!

Senior Inpatient Case Manager RN

~Full Time & Day Shift~

40 hours/week

Mon-Fri - Hours: -8:00 4:30 PM with on-call commitments to include occasional holidays and weekends

RN-Bachelor's Degree OR
RN-Master's Degree OR
RN-Doctorate Degree

Registered Nurse (RN) License - Compact/Multi-State License OR
Registered Nurse (RN) License - Single State – Virginia
Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA)
Case Management (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC or CMGT-BC) certification required within one year of eligibility

3 years of nursing experience (required)
3 years Case Management experience (preferred)

Healthcare experience refers to the care delivered in one of the following settings: hospital or an acute care facility
