We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a salary ranging from $90,000 to $150,000 (based on full-time hours and commensurate with experience), plus unlimited earning potential through our production bonus program. You'll also enjoy comprehensive employer-paid health benefits, paid licensing dues, RRSP matching, veterinary discounts, paid personal emergency days, and a generous continuing education allowance to support your professional growth. For candidates relocating to the area, a signing bonus is also available.
