数据需求分析师

Job Description:

工作职责：
1、业务需求调研与分析：深入医药/医疗器械业务场景，开展业务调研，对接业业务域的数据需求，做数据探源，输出业务需求规格说明书

2、数据标准与指标体系设计：参与数据标准制定（数据字典、元数据模型、数据分类），协助设计业务指标体系（原子指标、衍生指标、复合指标），确保符合医药行业规范

3、业务流程梳理与优化：分析现有业务流程，识别数据痛点与改进机会，提出基于数据驱动的流程优化建议

4、跨团队沟通与需求管理：作为业务与技术团队的桥梁，将业务需求转化为数据需求和技术方案，管理需求变更，协调数据工程师、架构师等角色推进交付

5、数据验证与交付支持：参与数据质量验证（完整性、一致性、准确性），支持UAT测试，编写验收标准文档，确保交付成果满足业务预期

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、统计学、药学或相关专业，3-5年业务分析工作经验，其中至少1年医药/医疗健康行业数据项目经验

2、熟练掌握SQL查询，具备数据建模基础知识（维度建模/星型模型），能独立完成数据需求分析、指标定义与数据验证工作

3、熟练使用需求管理工具（JIRA/Confluence）、原型设计工具（Axure/Visio），掌握敏捷开发或瀑布式项目管理方法论，具备良好的文档编写能力

4、优秀的跨团队沟通协调能力，能有效对接业务方与技术团队，中英文双语工作能力，具备良好的书面与口头表达能力
