  • Clinical Documentation: Oversee the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct routine audits of clinical documentation and medical records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and appropriate medical necessity.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead case consultations and clinical team meetings while promoting interdisciplinary collaboration to support effective treatment and positive client outcomes.

  • Care Coordination & Community Partnerships: Coordinate discharge planning and warm handoffs with community partners, housing resources, and aftercare providers. Collaborate with leadership, referral sources, and regulatory agencies to support continuity of care.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Participate in hiring, training, and onboarding clinical staff to build and maintain a strong, effective clinical team.
Qualifications:

  • Appropriate clinical licensure or certification in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., LPC, LCSW, or CAADC).
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment or behavioral health services.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to mentor, develop, and support clinical teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong understanding of clinical practices, treatment protocols, documentation requirements, and ethical standards, including maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex clinical situations and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems.
