As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will lead the sourcing strategy for key spend categories, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver value through cost efficiency, innovation, and supply assurance. You’ll apply procurement best practices and supplier relationship management to drive results, mitigate risk, and support Smithfield’s broader business objectives.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent experience preferred.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent experience preferred.
