  • Oversee trademark registration and monitoring in Ukraine, the European Union, and the United States, while maintaining intellectual property records and protecting trade secrets.

  • Protect mobile games against unauthorized copying by identifying infringements, preparing cease-and-desist notices, and submitting complaints to Google Play, the App Store, and Amazon Appstore, including through DMCA procedures.

  • Handle incoming intellectual property claims from rights holders and application marketplaces, preparing appeals against game rejections or suspensions and providing evidence of ownership and usage rights.

  • Monitor corporate compliance deadlines and obligations across group entities.

  • Review and support the preparation of Privacy Policies and Terms of Use for mobile games.
