• 高效执行公司市场部策略，推动并达成及超越公司制定的绩效目标；
• 落实客户分级管理与专业拜访，合理安排拜访频率，在与医疗卫生机构工作人员的沟通中，准确传递药品相关信息，支持其科学、合理用药；
• 依照公司合规要求开展学术推广活动，包括独立组织学术幻灯演讲及支持区域内会议/活动，并在过程中规范传递产品信息；
• 及时维护并更新业务相关数据，包括药品临床使用情况、不良反应及临床需求等信息的收集与反馈，确保市场信息的准确性与时效性；
• 协助主管完成职责范围内及部门安排的其他工作任务。
