General Accountant

The Accounts Officer will assist in finance duties and provide support to the finance manager. This role provides support to the management team and is a key link between the finance departments.

  Daily bank reconciliation

• →

  Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies

• →

  Accounts payables & accounts receivable

• →

  Assist with month end reporting

• →

  Participate in operational activities with the management team to improve bottom line results and operational efficiencies

• →

  Raising invoices, credits, and purchase orders

• →

  Reviewing all payments and expenses, including purchase orders, payroll and invoices

• →

  Perform administrative tasks as needed

• →

  Responding to queries from suppliers, customers and staff

• →

  General assistance with business administration

• →

  Managing reporting systems and databases

• →

  Exceptional customer service focus

• →

  Develop relationships with key stakeholders within Signal and the wider Mulpha Group to foster a culture of financial and operational excellence

• Previous accounts administration experience ideally within the manufacturing industry

• Experience with business process improvements

• Skills and Competencies:

• Competent computer skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

• Experience in CRM and ERP software

• Understanding of Xero highly desirable

• Behavioural:
