The Manager, Talent Operations will lead the evolution of a global recruiting operations function, using AI, automation, and technology to make hiring more efficient and scalable. You will own the recruiting technology ecosystem, optimize workflows, and identify opportunities to eliminate manual work through smarter systems and integrations. This role combines hands-on operational ownership with people leadership, managing a small team of Talent Operations Coordinators supporting hiring across multiple countries. You will also build a strong data-driven approach to recruiting, ensuring teams have accurate reporting and actionable insights. Working closely with People, Legal, Finance, Compensation, and IT, you will help create consistent, compliant hiring processes worldwide. The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about turning new ideas and technology into measurable results.

  • Own the recruiting technology stack: Manage recruiting tools end to end, including Greenhouse, GoodTime, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and CoderPad, along with their integrations with Workday.

  • Lead vendor evaluations, renewals, and negotiations by reviewing historical usage, forecasting future needs, and making data-backed purchasing recommendations.

  • Configure and optimize recruiting systems to improve usability, encourage adoption, streamline workflows, and eliminate unnecessary tools.

  • Drive automation and AI adoption: Identify repetitive manual tasks and replace them with efficient automation, integrations, and AI-powered workflows.

  • Build and improve workflows in Greenhouse and GoodTime to reduce handoffs, errors, and turnaround times.

  • Monitor developments in recruiting technology and AI, testing and implementing tools that deliver meaningful operational improvements.

  • Strengthen recruiting analytics: Partner with the People Data team to define key metrics and develop dashboards covering pipeline health, time to fill, offer acceptance, and recruiter capacity.

  • Create and automate routine reports using available tools, maintain accurate ATS data, identify trends, and use insights to guide operational decisions.

  • Lead the Talent Operations team: Coach and develop Talent Operations Coordinators responsible for requisition and offer approvals, offer delivery, and interview scheduling.

  • Establish service levels, performance measures, and staffing coverage that support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across time zones.

  • Standardize processes and enable stakeholders: Develop, document, and maintain recruiting processes and knowledge resources.

  • Create training materials for recruiters and hiring managers, monitor adoption, and resolve workflow challenges.

  • Support global hiring and compliance: Collaborate with People, Legal, Finance, Compensation, and IT on offer processes, employment contracts, and approval workflows.

  • Coordinate international hiring requirements, including country-specific documentation and employer-of-record partnerships.

  • Work with Legal and People teams to ensure offers and contracts comply with local employment laws, pay transparency requirements, and internal policies.
