This role goes beyond traditional caseload management, focusing on empowering school staff, strengthening SEND provision and developing practical approaches that support more children and young people.

• →Working alongside schools to identify communication needs and strengthen universal and targeted provision.
• →Coaching and training teachers, SENCOs and support staff to build their confidence and skills.
• →Developing practical resources, screening tools and classroom strategies.
• →Reviewing existing provision and supporting schools to make sustainable improvements.
• →Providing specialist advice and collaborative problem-solving to help schools meet children's needs.

• A qualified, HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist.
• Experience supporting children and young people with SEND in educational settings.
• Confidence in training, coaching and collaborating with school staff.
• Creativity, strong clinical reasoning and an evidence-informed, neurodiversity-affirming approach.
• Enthusiasm for whole-school approaches, innovation and service development.
