App Delivery Co-ordinator

Our client, Patrianna is looking for an App Delivery Co-ordinator. You'll be the person who makes app delivery repeatable at scale — owning every developer account, every compliance check and every submission from setup to live.

• →Own developer accounts end-to-end — setting up and managing Apple Developer Program and Google Play Console accounts, including organisation enrolment, verification, access roles, certificates, signing keys, and renewals, all documented and audit-ready.
• →Scale our app frameworks across accounts — working closely with engineering to roll out builds in a controlled, repeatable way, ensuring every app has distinct metadata, assets, and configuration that pass uniqueness and anti-spam requirements.
• →Be our platform compliance expert — monitoring Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Programme Policies (including simulated gambling rules), translating policy changes into clear briefs for engineering, product, and account teams.
• →Run pre-submission compliance checks — covering age ratings, privacy labels, Data Safety forms, in-app purchase setup, odds disclosures, and regional restrictions before anything goes near review.
• →Own the relationship with Apple and Google — handling rejections, appeals, Resolution Centre replies, and policy warnings, and feeding every lesson learned back into the team's checklists.
• →Keep everything trackable — maintaining a central register of accounts, frameworks, versions, and release schedules, and acting as the go-to point of contact for clients on store requirements and timelines.

• Proven, hands-on experience with App Store Connect and Google Play Console — you've managed submissions, releases, store listings, and navigated review issues before.
• Solid working knowledge of Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play's Developer Programme Policies, ideally including regulated or age-gated content categories.
• Demonstrated experience setting up developer accounts for organisations, including D-U-N-S verification, legal agreements, and ongoing account administration.
• A firm grasp of iOS app signing (certificates and provisioning profiles) and Android app signing.
• Exceptionally organised — you keep registers, checklists, and process documentation accurate and up to date without being chased.
• A clear, direct communicator who can write a compelling appeal, explain a policy requirement to an engineer, and manage client expectations with equal confidence.

This is a role with real ownership. You won't be a cog — you'll be the person who builds and holds the system together as we scale fast across multiple clients and platforms.
