The Network Laboratory Quality Coordinator is responsible for the Quality Management Program of the Laboratory Services Department. The essential functions include collaborating with leadership designing procedures and processes that will ensure the high standards are maintained throughout laboratory services.

Five (5) years of clinical experience or equivalent in a high complexity laboratory with demonstrated leadership abilities. Experience with the requirements of accrediting agencies preferred. Must possess competency using computer applications such as the MS office suite including excel and power point. Must demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving, and formal project management skills. Must have strong communication skills, work efficiently and independent of direct supervision as well as have the ability to positively influence others.
Must have a valid driver's license.
