Vice President, LEGOLAND Strategy & Partnership

This role is about bringing together strategy, execution and leadership to help shape the future of LEGOLAND Resorts.  The VP LEGOLAND Strategy and Partnership works across internal and external executive stakeholders to ensure the LEGOLAND Parks & Experiences Team (LLPX) consistently delivers both amazing LEGO branded experiences and strong commercial outcomes.

•Visionary leader with a track record of developing long term growth strategies and successfully translated them into measurable positive impact.   

•Background in consulting, corporate strategy, or similar environments.

•Familiarity and/or passion for Location Based Entertainment, Hospitality, or Sporting Event categories strongly preferred.

•Strong strategic and financial acumen with ability to evaluate trade-offs and value creation

•Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership

•Excellent problem-solving, synthesis, and communication skills

•High work ethic, ownership mindset, and discretion

•Ability to connect topics across strategy, operations, and execution

•Experience leading, developing, and motivating global, multi-functional teams
