Responsibilities

Connect with prospective and existing clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual communication platforms.

Present insurance products and explain available benefit options.

Assist clients with questions about their coverage and policies.

Maintain accurate client information and documentation.

Build and maintain professional client relationships.

Participate in online training, coaching, and team meetings.

Meet individual performance targets and contribute to team objectives.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Basic computer knowledge and reliable internet access.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be willing to obtain the required Life and Health Insurance license.
