Help patients move better, regain function, and return to the activities that matter most. We are seeking a Sports Medicine or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join our integrated medical team serving the greater Pittsburgh area.
Our practice provides comprehensive, office-based diagnostic, medical, and rehabilitation services for patients with neuromusculoskeletal injuries and chronic conditions. Work alongside compassionate professionals with access to in-house therapies and coordinated support throughout each patient’s recovery.
Compensation & Schedule

$250K -$350K (depending on training and experience)
Monday–Friday schedule with no call or weekends.

What You’ll Do

Perform initial consultations and follow-up visits for patients with injuries, pain, and functional limitations.
Develop and oversee individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing, laboratory studies, and imaging, including in-house computerized neurocognitive testing when indicated.
Coordinate referrals to in-house rehabilitation services, including vestibular, cognitive, and aquatic therapy.
Help patients safely return to work and daily activities after illness or injury.
Collaborate with colleagues and rehabilitation staff to support comprehensive patient care.
Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation and reports, including records for work-related and personal injury cases.
For appropriately trained physicians, perform interventional pain procedures.
Depending on the role, participate in IMEs, narrative reports, depositions, and testimony related to patient care.

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with Sports Medicine training.
Unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.
Favorable malpractice history.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-focused approach.
