Professional software engineering experience leading and delivering production-grade systems, with 5+ years base requirement.

Strong, hands-on experience developing production applications with Rust.

Experience with Node.js and modern TypeScript frameworks or runtimes.
→
Deep understanding of software architecture, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
→
Experience building and consuming APIs and distributed services.
→
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency concepts.
→
Experience designing distributed systems or event-driven architectures.
→
Hands-on experience building agents and agentic workflows.
→
Experience with Tokio, Axum, Actix Web, or other Rust frameworks.

Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or other relational and NoSQL databases.

Experience with automated testing and modern software development practices.
→
Proficiency with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
→
Experience troubleshooting and optimizing production systems.
→
Experience with observability tools, logging, metrics, and tracing.

Familiarity with Docker and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure automation.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently, take full ownership of projects, and guide technical direction.
