Clinical Nurse Supervisor (CNS) - Surgery Clinic

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Some meeting outside clinic hours. Must be flexible to leadership and operational needs.

Job Description Summary:  

The Ambulatory and Outpatient Clinical Nurse Supervisor, provides direct supervision to selected clinical areas and assists the practice in delivering health care to patient’s consistent with the practice’s policies and procedures.

We’re Looking For:  

• Registered Nurse Licensure 

• 2-3 years previous Lead or Supervisory experience preferred  

• Outpatient experience preferred

As a skilled and compassionate Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that your team delivers high-quality, patient-centered care. You will oversee and support staff in providing and coordinating comprehensive care through the nursing process, promoting safe, therapeutic outcomes in alignment with established standards, policies, and procedures.
