Responsibilities

→Lead engaging activities, including STEAM, fitness, arts and crafts, academic enrichment, and group games.
→Create a safe, welcoming environment where children can learn and grow.
→Encourage creativity, teamwork, confidence, and social development.
→Serve as a positive role model and support children's individual needs.
→Follow state regulations, Healthy Kids Programs policies, and school guidelines.
→Assist with daily program operations, including attendance and other assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
